Rev. George Yates is New Covenant's organizing and Senior Pastor. George studied both Philosophy and Religion at Grove City College. He received his training in the Hebrew Language at Lancaster Seminary where he received his Masters in Divinity from Princeton. Ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1978, Pastor Yates has served 4 churches, and nearly 4 years as an active duty Army Chaplain (2003 Operation Iraqi Freedom). In 2005, he retired from the military. He has been an ordained pastor over 30 years. He has been married to his wife Jane for nearly 35 years and they have two daughters (Joy and Julia), one son (Jonathan), and three grandchildren. The pastor is an avid fisherman and boater. He also enjoys hunting.

Rev. Chris Curtis is New Covenant's Associate Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship. Chris studied both Music and Religion at Missouri State University. He received his training in the Biblical and Cultural Exegesis at Covenant Theological Seminary where he received his Masters in Divinity. After being ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 2004, Pastor Chris served Faith Presbyterian in Lousiana. Following his tenure at Faith Presbyterian, Pastor Chris was led to serve New Covenant EPC, and started to serve November of 2009.
