Worship at New Covenant
New Covenant has two regularly scheduled worship services every Sunday. The Traditional, or Early service, is held at 8:15am. New Covenant's Blended service is held at 10:50am. In between these two services, several Sunday School classes are available to all ages and learning styles.
The Traditional service is a very personal and friendly time for worship. Several classic church hymns are sung. While there is no choir or worship band during this service there is plenty of singing and piano music.
The Blended service is a mix of both hymns and contemporary style worship music performed with New Covenant's live worship band, Acts of Worship. During the months of September through the end of May, our Adult Choir sings weekly. Throughout the summer months, New Covenant hosts several soloists and special music.
Both of our services combine traditional hymns with newer praise songs. Our worship has a regular printed order of worship, and yet we are not afraid to change our service as the Spirit of God leads. We have time at the beginning of every service to greet one another, hear the prayer concerns of the people, and share information as to what is going on in our church.
